ADDING ITEMS TO YOUR CART/BAG

Browse our range of products, some of which are available for purchase online. Once you have found an item to purchase simply click ‘ADD TO CART’ or select the cart icon. You can then continue shopping, view your cart/bag using the icon in the header of the website or click ‘CHECKOUT’ to review the items in your cart and to finalise your order.

PROCEED TO PURCHASE ITEMS

Once you have finished browsing and have added the items you wish to purchase to your cart, click the ‘CART’ button located in the header at the top of the website on any page.

You can checkout as a guest or register an account at the point of checkout. If you would like to make purchases from Venseq Automotive Services (Pty) Ltd future then creating an account will simplify your checkout process for future purchases.

You will need to add some personal details including your billing information and payment information. Please ensure this information is correct before proceeding to the payment page. If you are happy with the details you have provided and checked to make sure you are happy with the products in your cart/, then select PLACE ORDER to proceed to the payment options screen.

You will be directed to our payment gateway partner/s PayGate where you will be requested to add your payment information. Please note that we do not store card details. Once your payment has been confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER ONCE PLACED

Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed the order cannot be changed or cancelled. You may return an order once it has been received by following our Returns and/or Exchanges process. For further information and conditions please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

CARD AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

We provide a single payment option facilitated by our payment gateway partner – PayFast which is to pay in full immediately with any Visa or Mastercard.

Please note your card will be debited once your payment method has been accepted at the time of transaction. We do not store card information.

ONLINE CURRENCY

All prices online are displayed in South African Rands (ZAR) for all visitors. Please do note that all transactions are completed in South African Rands at the point of purchase. We do not currently ship/delivery to countries other than South Africa.

MY PAYMENT METHOD WAS NOT ACCEPTED

Payments may be rejected for a few reasons, please ensure you check the following prior to contacting us to ensure the information you have entered is correct. Please check the correct card number has been entered. Also check that you have entered the correct expiry date on the card and corresponding card security number. You also need to make sure that you have sufficient funds in the relevant account to make a purchase.
